1) GENERAL

These terms (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on Enjaii’s website. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms. We may update them from time to time by posting a new version here.
 

2) PRODUCTS

We sell natural beverages that  are perishable and  temperature-sensitive. 
 

3) PRICES AND CURRENCY
All prices are shown in DKK, incl. VAT and excl. delivery. Prices can change without notice.
 

4) PAYMENT

We accept Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, and MobilePay Online.
We do not add transaction fees.
Your card is charged when er ship your order, unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
 

5) ORDERS AND ACCOUNT INFO

Please ensure your contact, delivery and payment details are accurate and up to date. We may limit or cancel orders (e.g., suspicious activity, bulk/reseller orders). If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the details provided.
 

6) DELIVERY

We deliver to the door within Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Standard delivery time: 1–3 days.
Delivery days: Tuesdays and Fridays.
Order deadlines:

  • For Tuesday delivery: order by Sunday at 20:00.

  • For Friday delivery: order by Wednesday at 20:00.

Shipping fee: DKK 90 + VAT.
In special cases where delivery time is extended, we will notify you by email.
 

7) WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

No general right of withdrawal applies to our perishable/temperature-sensitive beverages, as proper storage and safety cannot be guaranteed once shipped.
If you believe your product is defective, damaged in transit or not as described, contact us promptly (see §10) with your order number and photos where relevant. Your statutory rights concerning defects (reklamationsret) remain unaffected.
 

8) PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We aim for accurate descriptions, images, colours, prices, fees and stock status. If an error or omission occurs, we may correct it and, if necessary, cancel and refund affected orders.
 

9) ACCEPTABLE USE ( WEBSITE) 

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, upload malware, circumvent security, harvest personal data, or infringe intellectual property. Breaches may result in immediate termination of access.
 

10) COMPLAINTS & DEFECTS ( REKLAMATIONSRET) 

If an item is defective, unsafe to consume, or not as described, contact us immediately at sek@enjaii.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assess and, where appropriate, offer a remedy (e.g., replacement or refund) according to applicable law.

If we cannot resolve your complaint together, you can escalate to:

  • Center for Klageløsning (Nævnenes Hus) via the complaint portal; or

  • Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark; or

  • If you live in another EU country, the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

11) THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & HOSTING 

Our store may be hosted by or integrated with third-party providers (e.g., e-commerce platform, payment and shipping partners). Access to third-party tools/links is provided “as is” and at your own risk. We are not responsible for their content or policies—please review them before use.
 

12) PRIVACY

We are the data controller for the personal data you provide when ordering. We process it securely for order handling, customer service, compliance and fraud prevention, and we share it with trusted processors (e.g., payment and shipping partners) under data processing agreements. 13) SERVICE CHANGES & AVAILABILITY
We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any product or service at any time. Offers are void where prohibited. Quantity limits may apply.
 

14)  WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

The website, services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enjaii and its officers/employees are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, revenue, savings, data or replacement costs). This does not limit your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
 

16) GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms and any disputes are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer protections of your residence country may still apply.
 

17) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

You can always find the latest version on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
